After looking at all of the films we were thinking about and taking into consideration what we found out from our target audience research, we came to the conclusion that the films we wanted to include in our parody were...

• Paranormal Activity
• The Ring

Our decision came from the responses we got from our target audience research involving their preferences between old and new horror films. Most of the people from our target audience are only familiar with the newer generation of horror films due to the age group we chose to target. Therefore we chose to focus on the three films which were released more recently, in order to ensure that people watching the teaser trailer will understand what films we are basing our film on.
